School Priorities September 2019

1) Improve GCSE outcomes:

  • Achieve 70%+ 4+ and 50%+ 5+20%+ 7+ in all GCSE subjects
  • Achieve consistently high standards in all core subjects 
  • Improve outcomes for Pupil Premium students
  • Refresh and review PIXL strategies

2) Accelerate student progress in Years 7, 8 and 9

  • Ensure effective tracking and intervention at Years 7, 8 and 9

3) To establish and embed an outstanding Church School provision for our school community – (SIAMS)

4) Focus on new Ofsted priorities

  • Consistency of teaching and learning across subjects 
  • Improve the quality of written work and work presentation

5) Increase NOR through effective marketing strategy and primary liaison
