Master Chef

On Tuesday 2 April, Chef Rachel Gilmore came in to teach the Year 11 Food Prepartion & Nutrition students how to fillet a fish and make a delicious plaice with herb and lemon crust, with a lemon cream sauce to accompany.

The students were all bravely able to fillet their own fish and really enjoyed the experience. They also discussed differnt types of fish, sustainable fishing and asked questions that would help them with their GCSE exam
